Three tabs sit above the form, each linking the account to a different piece of information. Switching a tab changes only one field, the password box stays fixed underneath.
What each tab asks for
- Phone tab
- Wants the number given at registration; Turkish numbers begin with +90.
- Email tab
- Takes the address confirmed when the account was created.
- Account ID tab
- Uses the number issued after signing up, useful once a phone or email has changed.
Completing the form
- Choose one of the tabs above the fields.
- Fill in the matching number, address or account ID.
- Add the password, the eye icon reveals what was typed.
- Tap the Log in button.
When the form does not go through
- A forgotten password is reset through the Forgot your password? link.
- Caps lock left on will read the password wrong, since it is case sensitive.
- The country code already sits at the start of the field, so type the number without it.
- A lasting issue can be raised through the support icon in the top right.
Login questions
Where does the account ID show up?
It is assigned once registration finishes and sits on the profile page. Not knowing it is fine, log in with phone or email and check the profile there.
Is changing the password possible?
Yes, it is. The Forgot your password? link opens the reset flow, and the previous password stops working as soon as a new one is confirmed.
