These rules apply to everyone who opens an account at Lüks Casino. Registering, depositing, placing a bet or claiming a bonus means you accept them. If a clause does not suit you, do not use the account.

Opening an account
You must be at least 18 to open an account. The checkbox on the registration form declares this, and a false declaration voids every later transaction. Checking that online betting is allowed where you live is your own responsibility.

- An account opened with false details may be frozen and its balance held.

Your account and login
Registration uses a phone number or email, plus a password you set. Every action from your account counts as your own. Change your password at once if you suspect it has leaked. Login can use your phone, email or account ID together with the password.
Confirming your phone and email early works in your favour, since it lets us reach you about a withdrawal or a security alert. Identity checks run through an independent provider, KYCAID, and accept an ID card, passport or driver's licence.
Deposits and withdrawals
Balances and payments are handled in Turkish lira. Bank transfer methods and several cryptocurrencies are supported, each with its own minimum shown at the moment of payment.

Sports betting

Conduct that is not allowed

Breaching a clause above can void bets, reclaim bonuses and restrict or close the account. Money deposited properly is returned.
Changes and closing an account
These rules may change; the version published here is the current one. A change does not apply retroactively to a bonus you are already wagering. You can close your account at any time, but withdraw your real money balance first, since the bonus balance is lost on closure. A break rather than closure is covered on the Responsible Gaming page. A disagreement belongs to the Player Complaint Policy, not a chargeback.
